Not at all! Most of my couples do enjoy having these moments captured before the main event, but there's no rule that says we have to start there. If this part isn't a part of your vision, we can simply begin coverage at the ceremony or wherever we've planned to start with portraits. Every wedding is unique, and your photography experience should be too.

I can only give that ONE date on my calendar to one couple. So if you know you'd love to work together, I recommend securing your date as soon as you're ready since most dates are booked up to a year in advance. Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have your heart set on booking me, let's talk sooner rather than later so I can promise you the date and those dreamy photographs.

Easy. Once you're ready to make it official, I'll email your detailed agreement and invoice. An electronic signature and a $800 non-refundable retainer are required for a date to be held. From there, the remaining balance is split into two payments. 30% of the balance is due approximately halfway between the date you book and your wedding date, with the final payment due 30 days before the wedding. You are also able to make any other payments towards the final balance at any time on the invoice.

Complimentary engagement sessions are booked weekday mornings, or Monday and Tuesday evenings in El Paso County. If your schedule requires a weekend, availability may also be possible when the session is scheduled within a 2 week window. This session is a gift that's included to give us a chance to meet and work together before the wedding. Because they are completely complimentary and hold no monetary value, they cannot be exchanged for additional hours or discounts if you are unable to schedule one.

God forbid an emergency occurs—such as severe illness or hospitalization—an associate photographer will step in to cover your day if available. If I am unable to attend your wedding and coverage cannot be provided, you will receive a full refund.

Rather than sticking to a rigid image count, I focus on capturing the full, authentic story of your day as it unfolds. Busier timelines naturally yield more moments. I typically deliver 50–100 beautifully edited images per hour. This ensures you receive a comprehensive collection without sacrificing quality.

You don't have to wait long! While the industry standard is 6-8 weeks, I'll have your online wedding gallery ready within 4 weeks. And because I know you'll be excited to see a little something right away, I'll share a sneak peek of 10-20 images within 48 hours of your wedding day.

Of course! In fact, your online gallery has an integrated print store where you can order fine-art prints and fine-art canvas wraps. These are museum archival quality products with a luxurious feel and substantial longevity that keeps your images beautiful for years.

I sure can! I capture weddings all over West Texas and Southern New Mexico. There will be a travel fee of .75 cents per mile from Socorro TX if the driving distance is under 3 hours. Other cities outside of this region will require a different travel arrangement and can be discussed based on the location.
